If the product is a digital download, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been delivered.
Due to the nature of digital content, it cannot be returned, restocked, or “un-downloaded.” We appreciate your understanding.

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.)
For physical products, we accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns for reasons other than damage or error may be accepted at our discretion. In those cases, items must be returned unused and in original condition, and return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.

If you place an oder for a physcial item from outside of the US - we will cancel the order and refund your payment promtply.
