Mr. Baldman Trivia (“Mr. Baldman,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Jonathon Walters, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Mr Baldman Trivia mobile application (“App”), visit MrBaldman.com (“Website”), purchase products, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information Handled by the Mobile App

Information stored locally

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.

To provide gameplay features, the App stores certain information locally on your device, including:

• An automatically generated player identifier

• Game scores and answer history

• Questions attempted and correct or incorrect answers

• Game statistics, levels, streaks, and progression

• Trivia-pack selections and preferences

• Music and sound-effect settings

• Purchase-entitlement and subscription-status information

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Mr. Baldman Trivia unless a future feature clearly tells you otherwise and this Privacy Policy is updated.

You can remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s data through your device settings or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored gameplay history and preferences.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

The App may offer optional digital purchases or subscriptions, including Baldman Ultimate. Purchases are processed by the platform through which you downloaded the App, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

When you purchase or restore a subscription, the applicable app store may provide limited purchase information needed to verify and restore access. This may include:

• The product purchased

• A transaction or purchase identifier

• Purchase and expiration dates

• Subscription or entitlement status

• Store-generated receipt or purchase-validation information

Mr. Baldman Trivia does not receive or store your complete credit-card number or other full payment-card details. Payment information is processed by Google, Apple, or their payment partners according to their own privacy policies.

Google and Apple may also provide us with sales, subscription, and financial reports as part of their developer services.

Device permissions

The App may access internet and network-status functionality for legitimate operational purposes, such as:

• Completing or restoring app-store purchases

• Opening the Mr. Baldman website or social-media pages

• Checking whether an internet connection is available

• Supporting store-related services

The App does not currently request access to your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, text messages, call history, or health information.

Advertising and analytics

The current version of the App:

• Does not use third-party crash-reporting or tracking services
